Questions about Clickable

What is Clickable?

Clickable is an extension for Google Chrome. You type what you want to do in your own words, and Clicky, our little pointer, lights up the next thing to click on the website you’re on. You click, Clicky follows, one step at a time, until it’s done.

Does Clickable click or type for me?

No. You do every click. Clickable only points and explains: it never clicks, types, submits, signs or pays for you. That’s on purpose, so you stay in control on tax, bank and health websites.

Which websites does Clickable work on?

Most websites you open in Chrome, including government, bank, health and work portals. It can’t read Chrome’s own pages, such as settings or a new tab, and it can’t yet see parts of a page that are shown inside an embedded frame.

What happens when a website asks me to sign in?

Clickable pauses on sign-in pages, such as Cl@ve, Google or Microsoft, and doesn’t read them. You sign in yourself, and Clickable carries on as soon as you’re back. If you want help on the sign-in page itself, you can ask for it.

What does Clickable see on the page?

Only when you ask for help: the buttons, links and labels on the page, and which option is chosen in a menu. It never reads what you type into a website or your passwords.

Is Clickable free?

Yes. The Free plan gives you up to 5 guided tasks a month, with no account needed. Plus gives you 150 tasks a month for €7.99 if you need more.

See the plans →
Which browsers and devices does Clickable work on?

Google Chrome on a computer, for now. Other browsers and phones aren’t supported yet.

Does Clickable give tax or legal advice?

No. Clickable shows you where to click, not what to answer. For what to declare or which option applies to you, check the official help on the website or ask an adviser.

Can my team use Clickable at work?

Yes. Clickable can guide people through the software your company already uses. We start with a pilot on your key processes.
